Adwoa is a designated Storykeeper at the 2007 Storytellers of Canada Conference for keeping a tradition of storytelling alive.
MAY 10th 2007:
Adwoa Badoe is the recipient of the YMCA/YWCA Woman of Distinction Award in the category of Arts and Culture for the City of Guelph.
JUNE 2006:
Adwoa and Fule are awarded the Ghanaian Canadian Achievement Award for Arts and Culture by Ghanaian News, Toronto ON.
JULY 2005:
Adwoa receives the Ghanaian Women’s Courage Award for her work in the Arts and Literature by Endless Possibilities and Hope Development Organization, Toronto ON.
